Returns and exchanges

Free. 30 days. Prepaid label. No dry-cleaner energy, including on the way back.

If it is not the shirt, we make it easy.

What we accept

Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags, returned within 30 days of delivery. Sale items are included. Gift cards are not.

How to return or exchange

1. Email returns@ameliora.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or a different size/color.
2. We send a prepaid label. You do not pay to send it back.
3. Drop it at any carrier location on the label.
4. Refunds go back to your original payment within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Exchanges ship as soon as we receive the original.

If you bought it as a gift, we issue store credit so the giver is not surprised by a refund.

What we cannot take back

Pieces that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags. We will still help if something arrived damaged or defective. Email hello@ameliora.com with photos and we will replace it.
