THE FABRIC
This piece is made from Ameliora's signature Italian EveryWear fabric: a 72% Nylon Polyamide / 28% Elastane (Lycra®) blend developed to meet one exacting standard. It had to perform as beautifully as it looked.
What that means in practice: four-way stretch that moves with you, not against you. UPF 50+ sun protection built into the weave. A lightweight hand that breathes through long days and long-haul flights. And a wrinkle resistance that is genuine, not marketing language, so what you pack is what you wear when you arrive.
THE CRAFT
Our curved seams follow the body's natural lines rather than cutting across them. The result is a fitted silhouette that doesn't pull, gap, or require constant adjustment. The back neckline is cut precisely to sit flush at the shoulder, which improves posture and means the collar stays exactly where you put it. Buttons are spaced and positioned for a clean front line whether the shirt is tucked or worn loose.
Our technical design team trained under master Italian pattern makers and studied every construction detail before a single piece went into production. We grade generously across sizes, adding ease where the body needs it, so a size 12 drapes with the same refinement as a size 2.
